NGCSU Wesley Foundation - "Wesley House"

Welcome to Wesley!

What is Wesley?

The Wesley Foundation is the United Methodist campus ministry that serves the students of North Georgia College & State University.

Who are we?

We are a group of followers of Christ who love one another, who gather together to experience Christ through reading and studying the Scriptures, and who desire to be used by God to express His love and goodness to people in our community and across the world.

Do I have to be Methodist to come?

No! We welcome everyone!

Where is Wesley located?

The "Wesley House" is located two blocks from the new bookstore/Starbucks, and is on the corner of Martin St. and South Meaders Street, behind Dahlonega United Methodist Church.

When do we meet?

We have a weekly time of worship and teaching on Tuesdays starting at 7:30 PM in the Dahlonega United Methodist Church student/youth center. It is located on S. Chestatee Street, one block south of the town square, and across the street from the "rec deck". It is the building with the big "cross and flame" on the front.

Looking for Christian fellowship?

During the school year we have small groups of students who meet together to study Scripture and to share about their lives with one another.

We're on Facebook!

Our Mission Statement:
As a ministry of the United Methodist Church, our mission is to raise up disciples of Jesus Christ, to instill in these disciples the teachings and guiding example of Jesus, to provide a family of their peers for support and fellowship and a home away from home at the Wesley House, and to encourage students to exemplify Jesus through Christian service to our community and ultimately bring change to the world.
